About the Park
Legacy Park is a 3.07-acre neighborhood park located at Foster Village Elementary. The park is available for public use after school hours and on holidays. There is a shaded pavilion with benches and tables, a playground with swings, practice fields, open play areas, and a walking trail.
This park also has an art installation titled Under the Sea by artist VET. Foster Village Elementary School fourth-graders helped the artist design and install this mosaic mural. Recycling awareness and arts education were incorporated into the project.
