About the Park

Kay Granger Park is a 5.33-acre neighborhood park located at Mullendore Elementary School and named for Congresswoman Kay Granger. The park is available for public use after school hours and on holidays. There is a shaded pavilion with benches and tables, a playground with swings, practice fields, open play areas, and a walking trail.

This park also has an art installation titled Wilder Interactive Sculpture by artists Carol Lynn Wilder-Enge and Charlotte Lindsey. This whimsical sculpture group is made of cast concrete. Three stools and two curved walls with peepholes provide visual interest to the park's landscape.
