Yes, auto-pay with a credit or debit card as well as with a check is available through Paymentus, the City's online payment provider. In addition, the City offers a separate automatic draft service with a checking account through its billing system. This service is free of charge and the bill drafts on the due date of the bill, thereby eliminating penalties due to late payment.
