[ARCHIVED] Notice to NRH Water Customers

Phone screen with numbers

Help us better serve you by making sure we have your current contact information. If you have changed your telephone number since opening your North Richland Hills water utility account, please contact the Water Office at 817-427-6200 to provide updated information. It is important to ensure that the telephone contact information associated with your account is current. City staff may contact you by telephone if:

  • a leak is identified at the property that would require water service to be temporarily turned off;
  • there is an issue with your account or payment;
  • your account becomes delinquent, at which time the City provides notification of a pending service disconnection for non-payment;
  • the City sends an informational broadcast to its utility customers related to water service interruptions or other water service issues in your area.

We also want to remind residents that City of NRH  employees will never ask to enter your home to take water samples or to investigate a water or wastewater issue. City of NRH employees are clearly identifiable through their uniform, marked vehicle, and city-issued ID badge. You can also contact the city to verify their legitimacy. Report suspected scams to the Police non-emergency line at 817-281-1000.
