Thursday, Dec. 2
Join us to kick off the Christmas season with the NRH Christmas Tree Lighting on Thursday, December 2 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. in Stormy Plaza Park. While this event will have a different format from the Night of Holiday Magic event in year’s past, it will still be filled with the lights and sounds of the holiday season. The event will include a traditional tree lighting, carolers and take-home holiday craft bags distributed by the NRH Library. For a festive warm treat, the Friends of the NRH Library will be selling hot chocolate, and of course, SANTA will be joining us too! Parking will be available at the NRH Centre, with overflow at the west parking lot of Birdville High School. Families will be able to enjoy the city’s Christmas Tree and all of the holiday lights and scenery along Grand and Hawk Avenues through January 2. EVENT MAP
