Kelvin Deupree was appointed by the North Richland Hills City Council on Monday, Jan. 11, to fill the remainder of the term for Council Place 7. He was sworn into office on Thursday, Jan. 14, by City Secretary/Chief Governance Officer Alicia Richardson. He replaces Tim Welch, who stepped down from the Council in December to spend more time with his family.
Mr. Deupree has lived in North Richland Hills for 25 years. He has served on the NRH Planning & Zoning Commission since 2018 and previously served on the Keep NRH Beautiful Commission. He works for Bank of America as Senior Vice President, Risk Testing Manager. He and his wife Amie have two sons.
