Election Results
The unofficial cumulative totals for all entities will be posted to the Tarrant County election website as soon as they are available. Unofficial results do not include all provisional and absentee ballots. The City Council will canvass the official results at a meeting in November.
Election Information
Qualified voters in North Richland Hills will have the opportunity to vote on the following in the November 5 election:
- North Richland Hills City Council, Place 4 (unexpired term)
- Tarrant County College Bond
- Keller Independent School District Bond (if you live in Keller ISD)
- State of Texas Constitutional Amendments

On Election Day voting will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. New this year, the Tarrant County Elections Office will utilize countywide “vote centers” on Election Day. The “vote centers” give residents the option of voting at any polling location countywide, rather than being limited to a preassigned location based on their precinct. New Voting Machines
Voters in Tarrant County can expect to use new voting machines in this election. The Tarrant County Elections Office has upgraded its voting machines with the Hart InterCivic Verity Voting System. This is a hybrid system that provides a paper trail for every voter, combined with the latest advancement in digital security. Candidate Forum
A candidate forum for North Richland Hills City Council candidates is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23 in the cafeteria at Birdville High School. City Council candidates are: Amy Hedgecock, Mason Orr and Hillory White. This event is co-hosted by BHS Student Council and PTSA. The League of Women Voters of Tarrant County will serve as the moderators.
Early Voting
Early voting for the November 5 election will take place October 21 - November 1. Early voting locations in North Richland Hills are at the Dan Echols Center at 6801 Glenview Dr. and the NRH Public Library at 9015 Grand Ave. NRH registered voters may vote early at any early polling location in Tarrant County. A complete list of early voting locations is available online.
Early voting hours are:
- Monday through Friday, Oct. 21 - 25, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 26, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sunday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Monday through Friday, Oct. 28 through Nov. 1, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
