During their May 13, 2019 meeting, the City Council canvassed the results of the May 4, 2019 election, placing into office the following City Council Members:
- Place 1 - Tito Rodriguez
- Place 3 - Suzy Compton
- Place 5 - Mike Benton
- Place 7 - Tim Welch
Each Council Member was elected at large to serve a two-year term.
Following the canvassing of the election results, Council Members Tito Rodriguez, Mike Benton and Tim Welch took the oath of office. Place 3 Council Member-Elect Suzy Compton took the oath of office at the May 20 City Council Meeting.
The City Council also recognized outgoing Council Member Tom Lombard for 10 years of distinguished service and dedication to the community of North Richland Hills in Council Place 3.
