Parking on Lawn

vehicle parked on lawn

The lawn around your home provides many benefits. It helps protect the soil from erosion, enhances the beauty of your property and provides a safe place your family to play. It is not intended to be an extra parking space. Please be a good neighbor by parking in your driveway, not on the lawn. City ordinance requires vehicles to be parked on a hard paved surface of concrete or asphalt.

NRH Code of Ordinances: Chapter 34, Article II, Section 34-33 (16)
