Swimming Pools

While owning a swimming pool or hot tub can be fun, it also comes with responsibility. Please be a good neighbor and properly maintain it.

When a pool is neglected, it becomes a breeding ground for mosquitoes that can carry West Nile virus and other diseases. It can also create safety concerns that could lead to accidental drowning.

City ordinance requires you to maintain swimming pools and hot tubs, and their related accessory structures in a safe, secured, clean and sanitary condition.

NRH Code of Ordinances: Chapter 34, Article II, Section 34-33 (8), (9)
