September 28, 2023 Update
Next week, as part of our 2020 Street Bond Program, the City’s contractor will be performing sub-grade stabilization on Dawn Drive followed by the placement of a new asphalt surface. This work is expected to be completed by mid to late October. After Dawn Drive is complete, the contractor will then be mobilizing to Stonybrooke Drive to begin the sub-grade work and asphalt replacement. Nob Hill Drive will round out the Bond Program’s Year 3 Residential Street Projects, and we are striving for completion by mid-December. Residents on impacted streets will be notified via door hangers prior to the work beginning. To prevent project delays, residents are encouraged to move vehicles from the street on days that contractors will be working. Currently, there are around 500 streetlights under the city’s maintenance responsibility. If you notice a streetlight that is out, please report it to Oncor at oncorstreetlight.com or 888-313-4747 or to Public Works at www.nrhtx.com/reportconcern or 817-427-6460.
