Citizens Civic Academy

Love living in NRH and want to learn more about how your city operates? Sign up for the NRH Citizens Civic Academy! Participants will get an informative look at the structure, functions and operations of NRH city departments, from animal services to zoning and everything in between. The 2023 Citizens Civic Academy will be held from Sept. 19 through Nov. 1. Classes will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with the last class moved to Wednesday, Nov. 1 to avoid conflict with Halloween.
