Join us to kick off the Christmas season with the NRH Christmas Tree Lighting on Thursday, December 1 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. in Stormy Plaza Park.
Join us to kick off the Christmas season with the NRH Christmas Tree Lighting on Thursday, December 1 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. in Stormy Plaza Park, 9010 Grand Avenue.
In addition to the tree lighting and a spectacular drone light show, SANTA will be visiting with families and posing for photos. There will also be crafts for youngsters to make and take, carolers singing beneath the tree, hot chocolate available for purchase, and a free outdoor holiday movie screening.

- 6:00 p.m. Holiday Music
- 6:15 p.m. Choir Concert
- 6:25 p.m. Welcome from Mayor/City Council
- 6:30 p.m. Tree Lighting and Drone Show
- 6:45 – 8:00 p.m. Children meet Santa, Photo Scenes, Crafts & Hot Chocolate for purchase
Parking:
Parking will be available at the NRH Centre, with overflow at the west parking lot of Birdville High School. Handicap parking will be available at the NRH Library.
Families will be able to enjoy the city’s Christmas Tree and all of the holiday lights and scenery along Grand and Hawk Avenues through January 2.
