Sounds of Spring Concert Series
Good times, great music in North Richland Hills!
Each Spring, North Richland Hills presents the Sounds of Spring Concert Series. Visitors can enjoy Friday nights with free live music by the area's best performers. Plan to join us in April and May and bring your friends and family, along with your picnics, lawn chairs and blankets - out for fun, great music and relaxation under the stars!
Location & Time
Sounds of Spring Concerts are held outdoors on Friday evenings in mid-April through mid-May at North Richland Hills City Hall, 4301 City Point Drive. Gates open at 6 p.m. and concerts begin at 7 p.m. Seating is on the lawn, so don’t forget your blankets and lawn chairs.
Admission
Admission is free and parking is free. Free take-it, make-it goodie bags are available at each concert for the younger music fans in attendance (ages 3 - 10). Food is available for purchase from a variety of food trucks, or you are welcome to bring your own picnic and beverages, but please no glass containers.
Please note that the following are prohibited at NRH City Hall Plaza:
- NO SMOKING AND/OR VAPING (in accordance with City Ordinance #3273)
- Video and audio recording
- Unauthorized vendors and signage
- Glass containers
- Two-wheel scooters and skateboards
Parking
Parking is free and is on a first come, first served basis. When you arrive, you will be able to turn on to Rodger Line Drive from Boulevard 26 or onto City Point Drive from Boulevard 26. Public Safety will then direct you to the concert event parking. Overflow parking can be accessed from Rodger Line Drive. Event parking signs will also help direct you to Sounds of Spring parking. Handicap parking is also available.

Pooch Policy
Dogs are welcome to sit with their humans for the concerts, but dogs must be on a leash while at the NRH City Hall Plaza. Please make sure you pick up after your pet, and be aware that dogs that display aggression, such as snapping or loud barking will be asked to leave. We want to make sure people and their furry friends have a safe and fun time at Sounds of Spring!
A Word About the Weather
Springtime in Texas can bring some stormy weather. Your safety and the safety of our performers is very important to us. Please check back on our main city page or on Facebook for the latest updates if inclement weather occurs on the day of the concert.
