Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Environmental Resources Division include:
- Educating the public about recycling, composting, clean air, water conservation and other earth-friendly issues
- Hosting several events throughout the year to teach youth and adults the benefits of taking care of their environment
- Working directly with the Keep North Richland Hills Beautiful Commission
Presentations
The Environmental Resources staff is available to make presentations to civic and school groups. Topics include keeping NRH beautiful, composting, vericomposting, and recycling, Texas SmartScape, water conservation and household hazardous waste.
