Programs for Schools
Environmental Education Grants
Keep NRH Beautiful annually provides an opportunity for schools to apply for grant funding for projects that will make a positive contribution to beautification and environmental education in North Richland Hills public schools.

Green Campus
This program is designed to reward schools that already provide environmental education programs and to encourage others to participate. It serves to educate and motivate both students and faculty towards positive attitudes and behavior concerning solid waste disposal, and to instill in them a sense of personal pride and appreciation for the beautification of school property. Application to become a Green Campus must be done yearly. This school year, the program will run September - May. Qualifying applicants will receive a monetary award to be used for future beautification projects and also a sign to be displayed on their campus.

Recycle More Art Contest
In March of each year, Keep NRH Beautiful invites students in grades 1 through 12 to participate in the  Recycle More Art Contest. The art contest encourages student creativity and helps to promote youth participation in re-cycling programs at school and at home.
