The following information is posted in compliance with the requirements of Texas Government Code § 2265.001(b).

The City of North Richland Hills purchases natural gas from Atmos Energy. In calendar year 2012, the City purchased a total of 5,770 Mcf (thousand cubic feet) of natural gas.

The City purchases electricity from Direct Energy. In calendar year 2012, the City purchased a total of 17,243,655 kilowatt hours.

The City purchases water from the City of Fort Worth and the Trinity River Authority. In calendar year 2012, the City purchased a total of 3,576,838,120 gallons of water.

The total cost of natural gas, electricity and water purchased by the City in the calendar year 2012 was $10,091,452.
