Homeowner Rebate Pilot Program
Cash rebates are now available to help residents in program areas #1 - #5. The rebates are for making repairs and improvements to the exterior of their homes. Area #1 is inside Loop 820 and east of Rufe Snow Drive. Area #2 is inside Loop 820 and west of Rufe Snow Drive. Area #3 is east of Rufe Snow Drive to Smithfield Road, between Mid-Cities Boulevard and Chapman Road. Areas #4 and #5 are west of 820 on Glenview to Boulevard 26, north on Davis to Lynda, east on Lynda to Colorado Boulevard, east on Harwood to the city limits line.

Program Goals
- To demonstrate a strong commitment by the city to reinvest in residential neighborhoods
- To encourage residents to support local businesses and shop North Richland Hills first
- To positively enhance the values of North Richland Hills homes and neighborhoods
- To provide incentives for North Richland Hills homeowners to update the exterior of their homes and to reinvest in their neighborhoods
Eligibility
This program is open to all homeowners in the program areas on a first-come, first-served basis. The rebate will equal 10% of the cost of the renovations, up to a maximum rebate of $3,000. To qualify for the rebate, a homeowner must purchase materials from local businesses and if a contractor is needed, the contractor must be based in North Richland Hills.
