Duties
To advise the City Council on the installation and operation of a photographic traffic signal enforcement system established under Chapter 54 of the North Richland Hills Code of Ordinances. The committee receives results of traffic engineering studies prior to the installation of a photographic traffic signal enforcement system at an intersection.
