Council member Tito Rodriguez

Sixto A. “Tito” Rodriguez III was elected to the City Council in May 2011 and re-elected two times. He served as Mayor Pro Tem 2013-2014.

Raised in San Antonio, Mr. Rodriguez has been a resident of North Richland Hills for more than 17 years. He is a graduate of Columbia College in Fort Worth with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Financial Services.

After 31 years of employment with the State of Texas, where he worked for the Office of the Attorney General as a Special Investigator, he retired in March 2014. He currently is the Executive Director of the Birdville Education Foundation.

Mr. Rodriguez serves on the:

He has also served as a bilingual poll worker for Tarrant County Elections.

Mr. Rodriguez and Sue Isbell, a longtime resident of North Richland Hills, have been together for over 19 years. He has the pleasure of sharing in the lives and families of Sue’s 3 children (Darren, Donnie and Shonna) and 4 grandchildren (Shelby, Tiana, Trae and Aubrey).
