The Police Agency Combined Testing (PACT) is the testing device that is used to establish a list of qualified applicants. The three participating cities of Hurst, Keller, and North Richland Hills largely comprise the Mid-Cities region of the Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex. Together, these cities have have joined forces in an attempt to recruit the most qualified police officer applicants. This combined testing provides one test with multiple opportunities for these departments located in the northeastern quadrant of Tarrant County.
