Everbridge Mass Notifications System

 The Everbridge system enables the city to deliver prerecorded emergency messages to targeted areas, by telephone, email and text message. Examples of times when the Everbridge system may be used include:

  • West Nile Virus updates
  • Drinking water contamination
  • Emergency situations where rapid and accurate notification is essential for life safety
  • Extended utility outages
  • Hazmat emergencies
  • Severe weather
  • Terrorism related emergencies
The Everbridge Emergency Notification system is provided free of charge to all North Richland Hills residents.

The data in our system does not include mobile phone numbers. Please register for the system below to add mobile phone, text messages, and email notifications to your profile. Without this information we can only contact you through traditional landline telephones. The Everbridge service is provided free of charge to all North Richland Hills residents.

All residents registered with the previous CodeRED system will need to sign up again with Everbridge. Resident data was not transferable from the old system to the new.
